Through the inquiry form we collect the name, phone number, email, cargo description, weight/volume, origin, destination, target timeline and any notes you choose to provide, together with the site language used at submission. The server also records the submission time and the page of origin.
The information is used only to reply to your inquiry, prepare transport options and indicative quotes, follow up on the shipment you asked about, and — where you agree — send updates related to that inquiry. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Inquiry records are stored in this site's inquiry database and can only be viewed by our staff who need them for follow-up. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Our assistant “Xiao Ming” is an AI service. Messages you send are transmitted to a large language model service to generate replies and to improve answer quality. Please do not enter ID numbers, bank card numbers or other sensitive data unrelated to freight. For human confirmation call 15700359719.
Inquiry records are kept for the period reasonably required for business follow-up. Records beyond that period, or records you ask us to delete, are deleted or anonymised.
